Dear Customers,

As you are aware there have been recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak. The UK has now moved to the ‘delay phase’ and as such we’re introducing measures to minimise the risks to our staff and customers. For now we have put additional hygiene measures in place, as stipulated by WHO and the UK government. We have some staff already working from home and contingency plans are in place for more staff to work remotely if required. We’ve already configured IT and telephone systems, so should this become necessary you’ll still be able to get hold of our staff during our usual office hours. So it’s business as usual for us as far as possible, stock is still arriving, manufacturing is continuing and deliveries are still being made to customers.

The situation looks likely to continue in the weeks to come. We will do everything we can to minimise the impact on our customers. If we find ourselves in a situation where COVID-19 related issues do cause a delay, we’ll let you know immediately.
