FTP Download Problems

FTP Users: Please select the appropriate 'Download Now' link to access Carpenter & Paterson's FTP Server. User name and password are required. Please note that Carpenter & Paterson's FTP server does not accept anonymous connections.

If you see a 'Page cannot be displayed' error message in Internet Explorer after clicking the 'Download Now' link, you may need to change a couple of browser settings in Internet Explorer.

Please try this (Internet Explorer Users Only):

  1. Go to Tools / Internet Options / and click on the Advanced tab.

  2. Look under Browsing and make sure 'Enable Folder View for FTP Sites' is checked.

  3. Scroll down and make sure 'Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages' is unchecked.

  4. Click the 'Apply' button, then OK.

  5. Finally select the 'Download Now' FTP link.

This is a known Internet Explorer browser error and not a Carpenter & Paterson issue. If you have FTP problems with Internet Explorer, you may want to try another browser.
