Carpenter & Paterson's documented Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manuals are constantly in use and are based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008, Certificate Number FM 24446
All incoming materials are subject to receiving control by the Quality Assurance Department, and comprehensive material trace ability is a standard function of our Quality Control Procedures.
The quality system ensures fully compliance with the customers orders and has been successfully audited, by a number of major support users. Copies of the Quality Assurance Manual are available upon request.
